Sign in and your profile

How to sign in as an energy professional or as a client, and where to change your profile, email and password.

Sign in

  1. On the sign-in page, choose how you’ll use InverseAudit:
    • I’m reviewing an audit report - View the energy audits shared with you. Choose this if you’re a client.
    • I’m an energy professional - Create baselines and run energy audits.
  2. Enter your email and password and click Sign in.

The same account can sign in either way. Your choice decides which view opens.

Create an account

On the sign-in page, click New to InverseAudit? Sign up and follow the steps. Confirm your email address with the link we send you before you sign in. If the email doesn’t arrive, click Didn’t get the confirmation email? Resend it.

If you were invited by email, sign up with the address the invitation was sent to, so the audits shared with you are linked to your account.

Your profile

Click your name at the top right and choose Profile. You can also click your photo on the Home tab.

  • Profile - Your full name, credential, title, company name, phone number and photo. Your name and photo appear at the top of the Home tab.
  • Email - Change your email address.
  • Password - Change your password.
  • Personal data - Download or delete the personal data in your account.

To sign out, click your name at the top right and choose Sign out.

If something goes wrong

I forgot my password

On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password? and enter your email. Follow the link in the email to set a new password.

I can't see the audits shared with me

Sign in with I’m reviewing an audit report, using the email address the audit was shared with. See What clients see.
