What clients see

Clients sign in to a read-only view that lists the audits shared with them.

For: Clients and the analyzers who share with them

Share an audit with a client

  1. Add the client’s company on the Clients tab, and add the client as a contact at that company. See Contacts and clients.
  2. Assign the baseline to that company with Client in the building information.
  3. Invite the contact if they don’t have an account yet.
  4. Post the audit. Only posted audits are visible to clients.

If you Unpost the audit, clients can no longer see it.

For clients: reading a shared audit

  1. Sign in from the InverseAudit sign-in page with I’m reviewing an audit report. Use the email address your analyzer has for you.
  2. The Home tab lists your Active Audits: building name, address, analyzer and the date the audit was last posted. Click a building to open its audit.
  3. The audit has the same summary cards and report tabs as the analyzer’s view: Summary, Analysis, Recommendations and Utility analysis.
  4. To save a PDF, click the printer icon and choose Download Full Report. It is available while the building’s subscription is active.

The Audits tab lists every audit shared with you. Use its switch to move an audit in or out of Active Audits.

If something goes wrong

The client doesn't see the audit

Check that the audit is posted, the baseline is assigned to the client’s company, and the client is a contact at that company with the email address they sign in with.
