Roles and the analyzer

The subscriber decides who runs the analysis on a baseline, and can hand the baseline over to someone else.

For: SubscriberWhere: Home › Baseline Controller › Member

  • The person is in your contacts.
  • They have an InverseAudit account with that email. If not, invite them.

Assign an analyzer

  1. On Home, click the baseline’s card, then open the Member tab in the Baseline Controller.
  2. Click Assign Analyzer, choose the contact under Select a contact, and click Confirm.

The contact becomes the analyzer and gets an email about it. The Analysis Team list shows you as Subscriber and them as Analyzer. From then on, only the analyzer can edit the baseline’s data, run the calibration and work on the energy audit. You see those parts in view-only mode.

Remove the analyzer

In the Analysis Team list, open the … menu next to the analyzer and choose Remove, then confirm with Remove Analyzer. You become the analyzer again and have full access.

Transfer ownership

  1. On the Member tab, click Transfer Ownership.
  2. In the dialog, choose the New owner from your contacts, then click Transfer Ownership.

The new owner also becomes the analyzer. You lose access to the baseline, it is no longer shared with its client, and only the new owner can transfer it back.
